This family room had a new addition and gave the homeowners alot more space, they just were not sure how to use it.

We divided up the room into two areas--- a nice conversation area and place to sit down with a good book, as well as a TV watching area.

I love what you've done. The room is alot warmer and makes you want to come in and do something other than watch TV.
ReplyDeleteI love to change things and am always dragging or pushing furniture from one room to the other. One piece has wheels and boy howdy! does that make things easier. My poor hubby doesn't like change, bless his heart.
ReplyDeleteLove what you did with the living room/TV area. Fabulous!

I really enjoyed viewing the before and after pictures you posted of the family room. Your furniture layout was very visually appealing and gave the homeowners two areas of the room to enjoy. Thanks for stopping by my blog today.
ReplyDeleteA lovely arrangement. It looks gorgeous and so easy for conversation as well as tv. I love a space to sit quietly. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteVery nice. I can never understand why people want everything to face the TV.

ReplyDeleteWonderful rearranging! Amazing how just a twist here and there will help the room feel bigger and cozier...but also the conversation wont be strained.

I noticed in the picture you took facing the kitchen that there are items displayed on top of the kitchen cabinets. I'm hoping someday you will show us a few tricks of the trade for decorating kitchen cabinet tops.
